Shipping Policy
Delivery Costs:
Deliveries within South Africa are charged at a rate as per your chosen delivery option (or free if your order is R750+). Please contact us if you wish to order our products from outside South Africa, and we will handle it manually with our couriers.
Shipping Times:
Shipping within South Africa will be dependent upon the delivery option that you have chosen, but will normally be between 3 to 9 working days from when the parcel leaves our premises
Limitations:
We do not charge extra for large orders (regardless of the total weight or package size) within South Africa. For international deliveries, we will confirm the total price inclusive of the additional weight (if applicable).
Returns Policy
At MySCShop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We offer easy refunds and exchanges to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange. Email us within 7 days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@myscshop.co.za. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If the return or exchange is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method or send you the replacement item promptly.
